Known in the west as Final Fantasy III due to three previous games in the series not making it across the Pacific, Final Fantasy VI for the Super Famicom is constantly cited as the best in the series, a tour de force of Squaresoft’s 16-bit prowess, character building, story telling and battle system.  Featuring iconic art by series character designer Yoshitaka Amano, this Japanese edition displays a gorgeous scene of Tina (known in the us as Terra) looking over Narshe from a Magitek Armor suit.

Note: This is a Super Famicom game, and is not usable on a Super Nintendo without a region adapter or through modifying a Super Nintendo by removing two tabs inside the cart slot.

Warning: This game is in JAPANESE with NO ENGLISH SETTING.  Unless you have played through the english version multiple times or know japanese, this game will be impossible to play without a translation guide.  That said, Final Fantasy III (US) is exponentially more expensive, and this item makes a great display piece for your collection.

Save Game: This game features a 20 year old save file from the original Japanese Owner, near end game in the World of Ruin.  This save is being left on the cart and we will leave it up to the buyer if they want to overwrite it.
